  This is a standalone Starbucks located on the west side of Orlando.  My wife and I were coming home one evening from a Christmas party, and we needed some coffee.  We stop by here, I ordered a regular black coffee, and my wife ordered a blonde coffee.  The gentleman who took our order noticed that the blonde coffee was a little old, so he asked us if we didn't mind waiting while he brewed some fresh coffee.  Of course we didn't mind.
  
  After a little while my wife got her freshly brewed coffee. I just want to say that this is what sets Starbucks aside from a lot of other retailers.  I think that business is that deal with the public are finally getting the message that customer service is where it's at.  He did not have to brew a fresh pot of coffee, but he went the extra mile, and did the right thing, and now he has cemented a great experience at a Starbucks.
  
  I know that Starbucks gets a little bit of a bad press from time to time.  But this guy nailed it.

  New Starbucks location out of the shopping plaza that was right next door.  Plus on this is more parking and a drive thru.  So much easier to get in and out of for this location and more space to be inside.  It was a little crowded when I was there, but able to find a small table to sit and enjoy my coffee.  
  
  Staff seemed busy, but friendly when there.  I have seem friendlier baristas and less friendlier.  I will still stop in this location and grab a drink and maybe get some work done since it is nice inside.

  So annoyed with this Starbucks two days in row I go through drive thru it's perfect hot chocolate weather I order my favorite a venti peppermint hot chocolate ... I see the screen it says regular hot chocolate I correct and confirm the order ... get to the window and what do a I get a regular hot chocolate. AGAIN today, I have my sister on the phone she she confirms I asked for a peppermint again I see the screen has a regular hot chocolate so I asl the young lady do you have peppermint it chocolate she said said yes I do I said okay I'll take that... again I get to the window she charged me both days for peppermint and I got regular. I would rather drive up 5 minutes more and go to the Starbucks on Kirkman moving forward. It's not the first time this happens to me here it's almost every single time... it's so annoying.

  Beautiful new location. Drive thru. Very friendly and helpful staff. The girl barista Taylor is very charming and provided great customer service. They have nitro cold brew and cold brew on tap at this location which is a great feature. They also do mobile ordering for on the go orders.
